TJ Noe Memorial Scholarship
Many thanks to Ted and Wanda Noe and the Scholarship Committee for
providing this wonderful opportunity!
This scholarship honors TJ Noe, who was an active and beloved member of Hilltoppers Pony Club. This memorial scholarship was established by his family and is offered to current members in good standing of the South Region.
All high school seniors and college members are encouraged to apply.
The deadline for this scholarship is April 30.
